1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 8" casserole dish.
2. Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and celery. Sauté 2 minutes.
3. Spread rice in prepared casserole dish and add broth.
4. Scatter sautéed onion and celery over broth.
5. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
6. Just before serving, add parsley and almonds. Toss lightly.

*To toast almonds: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread almonds in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
