2. Place beans in saucepan and cover with hot water. Boil 5 minutes. Drain.
3. In skillet, fry bacon on low heat until crisp and remove from pan. Drain on paper towel.
4. Stir-fry almonds in bacon grease until light golden color.
5. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towel.
6. Stir-fry green beans in bacon grease until hot and crisp tender, about 2 minutes.
7. Crumble bacon over beans and top all with the toasted almonds.
