1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scrub and dry potatoes.
2. Pierce each potato several times with fork.
3. Place piece of foil on lower rack to catch drips.
4. Bake 60 to 90 minutes until potatoes fork tender. Serve with maple or brown sugar butter.
