1. In skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Crumble into pieces and set aside.
2. In large saucepan, brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Drain grease.
3. Add tomatoes, brown sugar, molasses, salt, black pepper and chili powder. Stir in beans and prepared bacon.
4. Cook on low heat 1 hour or longer until well blended and thick.
