2. Place chicken breasts in roasting pan. * Cover with ranch dressing and bake, covered, for 2 1/2 hours.
3. Slice croissants. Place a chicken breast and cheese slice on each croissant.
4. Top with tomato and avocado. Spoon ranch dressing on if desired.

*Cook chicken in crock pot on low for 2 to 3 hours until tender. Or, cook chicken in covered skillet on stovetop at medium heat until chicken is tender.
