1. Place eggs in small saucepan. Cover with water.
2. Bring to a full boil and boil 10 minutes.
3. Drain water and run cold water over eggs. Let sit in cold water until eggs are cooled.
4. Remove shells and mash eggs with fork.
5. Add mayonnaise and pickle relish. Mix lightly.
6. Spread on bread. Add lettuce and tomato, if desired.
