Thousand Island dressing (or dressing of choice)

thin slices cheese

slices bacon, fried crisp

lettuce leaves

tomato, cut in wedges

avocado, sliced
Directions
1. Soften tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds each.
2. Spread dressing, to taste, on each tortilla.
3. Leaving 1" border around the tortilla, place 3 turkey slices on each.
4. Add 2 cheese slices and 2 slices bacon.
5. Top with lettuce, tomato and avocado
6. Add extra dressing, if desired.
7. Roll end closest to you over the filling. Fold in one end to hold filling in place and finish rolling. Secure with toothpick.

Tips
* Substitute 1 cooked chicken breast half (grilled, broiled or baked), cut into lengthwise strips.
