California Wrap

Ingredients
  • 2 (10") tortillas
  • 4 teaspoons Thousand Island dressing (or dressing of choice)
  • 6 thin slices turkey*
  • 4 thin slices cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, fried crisp
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 tomato, cut in wedges
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
Directions
  • 1. Soften tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds each.
  • 2. Spread dressing, to taste, on each tortilla.
  • 3. Leaving 1" border around the tortilla, place 3 turkey slices on each.
  • 4. Add 2 cheese slices and 2 slices bacon.
  • 5. Top with lettuce, tomato and avocado
  • 6. Add extra dressing, if desired.
  • 7. Roll end closest to you over the filling. Fold in one end to hold filling in place and finish rolling. Secure with toothpick.

Tips

* Substitute 1 cooked chicken breast half (grilled, broiled or baked), cut into lengthwise strips.
