home made BBQ sauce or favorite store bought BBQ sauce

Directions
1. Season meat with salt and pepper.
2. Place in baking pan and seal tightly with foil.
3. Bake 325 degrees 3 hours, or until tender enough to shred with a fork.
4. After shredding meat, drain and add to sauce.
5. Serve on seeded buns.

Directions
1. In saucepan, sauté onion in melted butter.
2. Add all other ingredients. Simmer about 5 minutes.
