Pasta Salad with Veggies

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 ounce) package rainbow pasta
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli pieces
  • 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
Directions
  • 1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
  • 2. Rinse in cold water. Drain.
  • 3. Wash and cut vegetables. Place in a large bowl.
  • 4. Add cooked pasta and salad dressings.
  • 5. Toss and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
