coleslaw dressing or lime tarragon salad dressing
cashews or almonds
1. Cut chicken into bite-size chunks. Sauté in small amount of oil until tender and no longer pink in center. Refrigerate until cold.
2. Cook pasta of choice according to package directions. Pour into colander and drain. Rinse with ice cold water until cooled. Combine pasta, chicken, celery, and fruits. Refrigerate until well chilled.
3. Just before serving, mix dressing into chicken mixture. Top with cashews or slivered almonds.
