1. Sprinkle lightly with dill and lemon pepper if desired.
2. Grill or broil until fish flakes with a fork.
3. Brush with Teriyaki Sauce the last few minutes of grilling or after removing from heat.
Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients

sugar
1/2
cup
soy sauce

cups
cold water

cups
cornstarch
Directions
1. In saucepan, combine sugar, soy sauce, cold water and cornstarch. Stir to dissolve sugar. Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened, about 2 minutes.
2. Serve with grilled chicken, pork or seafood.

Makes 2 cups
Tips
Variation: For Oriental flavor, add ¼ teaspoon crushed garlic and 1/8 teaspoon crushed ginger.
