1. Place chicken in plastic food bag and pound with flat side of meat tenderizer to 1/2" thick. Rinse chicken.
2. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in mixture until well coated.
3. In medium to large frying pan, fry chicken in hot oil. (Oil should cover the bottom of the pan.)
4. Turn steaks over when well browned and brown other side. It takes about 10 minutes per steak to cook through.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. After frying place Fried Chicken Steaks in 8"x 8" baking dish.
3. Cover with spaghetti sauce or homemade sauce.*
4. Sprinkle with ¼ cup Mozzarella and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Directions
1. Brown mushrooms in melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Mix in tomato paste and chicken broth. Cook on low heat 25 minutes.
3. Mix cornstarch with two tablespoons water and add to broth mixture. Stir until thickened.
