1. Cut chicken in chunks. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Cook on low heat until chicken is tender and no longer pink in center.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Wash broccoli. Cut off large stalks and discard. Break or cut broccoli into florets or spears.
5. In saucepan with 1/4 cup water, cook broccoli 6 minutes until barely tender. Drain and place in greased 8" x 8" pan.
6. Add chicken. Cover with sauce and top with grated cheese.
7. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
