White Wedding Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for rolling
Directions
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. With mixer, blend butter, ⅓ cup powdered sugar, flour, walnuts and vanilla until well blended and dough is not crumbly.
  • 3. Roll dough into 1" round balls.
  • 4. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes.
  • 5. Cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar.
