1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9"x 13" baking pan.
2. In mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar.
3. Add eggs, vanilla and 1/2 cup peanut butter. Mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine flour, dry milk powder, baking soda and oats. Add to creamed mixture and stir until blended.
5. Spread in prepared pan and bake 18 to 20 minutes. Cool. It is normal for bars to flatten in center. Trim edges, if desired.
6. Whip 1/2 cup peanut butter with hand mixer. Spread on bars.
7. Refrigerate until cold. Frost.

Directions
1. Place butter, water, and cocoa in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat. Mix in powdered sugar. Add vanilla.
