2. In mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and oats.
4. Add flour mixture gradually to butter mixture and mix until well blended.
5. Stir in raisins and nuts. Roll dough into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly.
6. Bake 10 minutes.
