2. In mixing bowl, cream cocoa, sugar, butter and eggs.
3. Add flour, vanilla and nuts. Spread in ungreased 9" x 13" pan and bake 25 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and scatter enough marshmallows to cover top of brownies.
5. Return to oven and bake exactly 3 minutes. Cool one hour.
6. Frost with Chocolate Frosting when cooled (Cover edges well with frosting.)
