2. Add molasses and beat until fluffy. Beat in egg.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, soda, baking powder, ginger and cinnamon. Gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
4. Cover and chill 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
5. Roll dough to 1/4" thickness and cut out with gingerbread boy, girl or other 3" cookie cutters.* Place 2" apart on cookie sheet.
6. Bake approximately 10 minutes until cookies are set and do not look doughy in center
7. Let cool and decorate as desired.
Tips
*If using a different size cookie cutter, adjust baking time.
