Cookie Frosting - Buttercream
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Directions
- 1. Beat butter and vanilla with electric mixer until creamy.
- 2. Add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating after each addition.
- 3. Add milk and beat. Tint with food coloring, if desired.
- 4. Frost cooled cookies.
- 5. Add any sprinkles or decorations you desire immediately after frosting
