White Wedding Cake Frosting
Ingredients
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup white shortening
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
Directions
- 1. In mixer bowl, combine all ingredients on low speed.
- 2. Increase mixer speed to high and beat until smooth.
- 3. Spread thin layer of frosting on cake.
