2. Grease and flour 9" x 13" cake pan or 10" Bundt pan.
3. In mixer bowl, combine cake mix, gelatin, eggs, water and oil. Beat two minutes on medium speed.
4. Pour into prepared baking pan.
5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes for 9" x 13" pan or 45 to 50 minutes for Bundt pan.
6. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. For Bundt cake, turn onto cooling rack.
7. While cake is still hot, poke holes in cake with a fork. Spread glaze evenly over cake.
8. To serve, cut into squares or slices. Serve plain or top with whipped topping sprinkled with lemon zest.*
