1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9"x 13" baking pan.
2. In large mixing bowl, mix sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
3. Stir in carrots and cream cheese until well blended.
4. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture
5. Spread in prepared pan.
6. Bake 55 minutes. Cool and frost.
