1. Place bread in bottom of greased 8"x 8" baking pan.
2. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over top.
3. Break cooked meat into pieces and scatter over cheese.
4. In mixing bowl, beat eggs, 1 cup milk and dry mustard. Pour over bread mixture.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
6. In the morning, preheat oven to 300 degrees.
7. Mix soup and 1/2 cup milk to make about 2 cups.
8. Spoon 1 cup soup mixture over casserole. (Store remaining topping in refrigerator in airtight container for up to 10 days.)
9. Bake uncovered for one hour.* Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over top last 10 minutes baking time.
