1. In brunch pan, or 8" inch skillet, melt butter.
2. Add scrambled eggs and cook, without stirring, to form an egg pancake. When set, flip and cook briefly on other side.
3. Warm tortilla in microwave for a few seconds. (Or place on cookie sheet, cover with foil and warm in oven for about 2 minutes.)
4. Place egg pancake on tortilla. Sprinkle grated cheese on egg.
5. Heat ham in brunch pan and place on cheese.
6. Fold bottom half of tortilla over filling. Fold in each side and roll into a closed cylinder. Cut in half diagonally.
