1. Wash and drain lettuce leaves. Line 10" tray with them.
2. Arrange carrots, celery sticks, peppers and olives in sections around tray on lettuce leaves.
3. Scatter red and yellow grape or pear tomatoes over black olives.
4. Serve with dip.

Ingredients
