Directions
1. Spread bean dip or refried beans on 8" or 9" round tray.
2. Spread mild guacamole on beans, leaving about 1/2" bean mixture showing around edge.
3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise an taco seasoning. Spread gently over guacamole, leaving edge of guacamole showing.
4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on sour cream mixture.
5. Top with olives, tomatoes and green onions.
6. Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.

very ripe avocados

lime or lemon juice

Directions
1. Slice avocados lengthwise, twist and remove pit.
2. Peel avocados and cut into pieces. Thoroughly mash with fork.
3. Add juice and salt. Mix well and refrigerate.
