Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons green chilies, diced
  • 2 tablespoons ripe olives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno, diced
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
  • 1. Combine all ingredients.
  • 2. Place in food processor and process with blade until desired consistency. For chunky salsa, do not process.
  • 3. Refrigerate in covered container until flavors are blended.
Servings
  • Makes 1 1/2 cups
