Hearty Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 6 slices deli meat (turkey and/or ham), diced
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar Jack cheese, grated
Directions
- 1. Combine cream cheese, deli meat, green onion and 1/2 cup grated cheese.
- 2. Form into a ball and roll in remaining 1 cup grated cheese.
- 3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours.
