1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice until creamy.
2. In mixer bowl, whip cream until thick. Add sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
3. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with fresh fruit.*

*fresh strawberries, melon, grapes, pineapple or other favorite fruit
Tip: Add two drops pink or green food color if desired.
