1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small casserole dish (3 cup capacity) or 8"pie plate.
2. Combine cream cheese, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
3. Spread in prepared baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
4. Sprinkle top with almonds and continue baking additional 5 minutes.
5. Serve warm with crackers or raw vegetables.

Ingredients

fresh spinach
Directions
1. Cook 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped. Drain and squeeze out excess moisture
2. Add to Artichoke Dip. Bake as directed above.
