Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons sliced or slivered almonds
Directions
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small casserole dish (3 cup capacity) or 8"pie plate.
  • 2. Combine cream cheese, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
  • 3. Spread in prepared baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
  • 4. Sprinkle top with almonds and continue baking additional 5 minutes.
  • 5. Serve warm with crackers or raw vegetables.

Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
Directions
  • 1. Cook 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped. Drain and squeeze out excess moisture
  • 2. Add to Artichoke Dip. Bake as directed above.
