Apple Dip

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 unpeeled apples, a variety of colors
Directions
  • 1. Place butterscotch chips in microwave safe bowl and microwave uncovered on high until melted, about 40 seconds. Mix well.
  • 2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon.
  • 3. Return to microwave. Heat until hot but not boiling.
  • 4. Wash, core and slice apples. Serve with dip.

  • Makes 1 1/2 cups
